Waiheke is the second largest island in the Hauraki Gulf, and boasts 83 miles of spectacular coastline. Just a 35-minute ferry ride from Auckland (or 45minutes if you take the car ferry) Waiheke is also the most populated and most accessible of the Hauraki Gulf Islands.
